Description
Tricks lessons are held Saturdays 12:30-1:15pm.
Prerequisites: Dog is at least 5 months of age, friendly to humans, has previously attended a group class and is comfortable working around other dogs.
Come learn or build upon your dog’s tricks repertoire and get your trick dog titles!
In a five week rotating class, come and learn foundational behaviours which we can then turn into 50+ different tricks and earn your and your dog’s trick dog titles!
Foundational behaviours include:
Paw target
Nose target
Stationary positions
Away and return
Foundations for jumping
Tricks are fun, and the more you learn, the better your dog’s behavioural repertoire and the better your communication becomes!
Teams: Maximum of 4
Room size: Lobby area
Class length: 45 minutes
Parking: in front of the building or on the street
What to bring: your normal training gear, be sure to include a treat pouch filled with pea-sized treats
