Description
If you are new to agility or dog sports in general we highly recommend you take our 4-week Sports Foundations class before enrolling in the Agility lessons. Sports Foundations will prepare you for more success with the activities and obstacles we do in the Agility lessons.
After you have completed the 4-week Sports Foundations class then our Agility classes are offered Monday and Weds. evenings on a stand-alone basis, This means that you register per lesson rather than for a series. In each lesson we practice jumps, hoops and contact equipment. All activities are modified to accommodate each team's skill level.
General info about the classes:
Teams: Maximum of 4
Class Length: 45 minutes for Foundations; 1 hour for Agility
Room size: Foundations is in the lobby or upstairs classroom. Agility is held in the large bay (2500 sq. ft)
Parking: In front of the building or on the street
What to Bring: Treat pouch filled with treats broken into pea-sized pieces & a toy(s) if your dog likes toys (no squeaky toys, please)
